對於一例一休的實施，機械製造業者及建築業者今天都說，多少帶來衝擊，尤其是人事費用的提高，希望對部分產業可以有例外，不是所有的產業都一體適用。
經濟部與台中市政府今天在台中市政府舉辦「智慧機械高峰論壇」，出席的台灣機械工業同業公會理事長柯拔希及友嘉實業集團總裁朱志洋，都對一例一休的實施表達意見。
柯拔管道間煙味希表示，希望朝正面去看，勞工權益要照應，台灣產業要繼續創新，如果新的政策出來，大家適應一段時間，該調整的來調整，產業界的聲音也很重要，有產業才有勞工，這是在台灣非常重要的概念。
柯拔希指出，一例一休是剛出來的制度，對產業會有某種程度的衝擊，產業跟勞資可以磨合及調整，一定會雙贏。但彈性工時可以調整一下，以機械業來講，有些勞工需要到海外裝機，希望一些產業可以作例外調整。
